Don is our party boy, he is super social, very self-confident, always happy, loves to show - and loves the attention of the crowd. Don knows how to enjoy life; running like a maniac every day for some hours and not worrying about a thing, seems to be his life philosophy.

Don is a free soul and that kind of a dog that I could never imagine him to be able to be happy without feeling true freedom every day. He enjoys running with all his heart. One of his daily routines is to start our daily walks with running the same certain field so fast as he can as far as I can see him, then he turns around quick and comes back to me with full speed, all happy.

Don is a very athletic borzoiboy and having a strong hunting instinct he sometimes extendes his part of our daily walks with some extra kilometers, when disappearing after a hare of fox. Deers are also proved to be fairly good running company, if nothing more intresting is available.

Don is a Vitoson from his second litter. His pedigree is an intresting combination of Swedish, Central-European, English and American lines mixed with precious Kaznan (Finland) and Ardagan (the Netherlands) lines from Don's mother's side.

Don made his debut in the show rings in Finnish Borzoi Club's Speciality Show 9th of June, 2007. He was competing in Puppies 7-9 months old and became 1st with cq. He also became BIS-4 Puppy.

In October, 2007, Don - and I - made a debut in lure coursing scene and Don became 2nd with 258 points in unofficial 12-18 months youngsters class. I don't know if Don really believed he was running after a real game or not, but what ever the case was, our puppy boy did really well :-)
