Merry Christmas to all our friends

Every year we go to Porvoo Old Town on Christmas Eve to listen to the declaration of Christmas Peace. The dogs have always been a part of our tradition as we take one or two (also my parents' dogs counted in) dogs with us for our Christmas "tour" to visit my grandma in hospital, to visit some other relatives, to bring candles to the cemetary and to listen to the declaration of the Christmas Peace and the little concert belonging to that event. This is only Vito, my mother and I in the pic as Juuso is taking the photo and my father is busy meeting friends on the Old Town square :-)

Vito & Rölli, the best friends

We had a lovely long walk in the forest with a German Shepherd dog, Rölli. Rölli is my parents' dog, Vito's best friend and just 2 months younger than Vito.

As I didn't get any photos from yesterday's show, I decided to have a little photoshooting session with Vito during our daily walk. Nice pics I think, even though the Mr Champion is a bit serious in there :-)

Nice day, small ring, but most important - Vito liked it there. He won his class with EX1 and got CAC - the last one to finish his FINNISH CHAMPION title! We are just so happy and proud of our gorgeous boy who has done so greatly on his first year in the rings!!! :-)

Very nice weather, Vito liked it in the ring. He became EX1 in open males and got CAC!!! Lovely result, we are sooo happy!!!! One more CAC to go to finish his Ch title! ;-)

Vito was in his second official show and in his first show after a 1 year and 5 months break for maturing.

And what a lovely debut Vito made! He won open class males with EX1 and got his first CAC! We were just stunned of this nice kick start to Vito's show career!

Show rules

This year there is no Best Male and Best Female classes with placements from 1- 4, only the winners of both sexes, who then compete for Best Of Breed and Best Of Opposite Sex.
